Bookings made through Airbnb are paid through Airbnb's own system, which handles the payment and protects your personal information. For direct bookings, we agree the payment method with you when you get in touch.
For direct bookings, yes — write to us and we'll arrange it. Reservations made on Airbnb are settled through Airbnb's payment system, which does not support cryptocurrency.
A tourist tax of 3.25 CHF per person per night is collected on the day you arrive. Everything else is set out on the listing before you book.
Bookings made through Airbnb are covered by its Host Guarantee and AirCover programme, which includes cover for damage and other issues during your stay.
That depends on the cancellation policy for the home you chose — Flexible, Moderate or Strict. It is shown on the listing page before you book.
Every home is a verified Airbnb listing with verified photos and reviews from previous guests. Across the eight homes we have 623 reviews and an average rating of 4.72, and we have been hosting for eight years.
Six are in Caslano, on a quiet street above Lake Lugano in Ticino. Two are in Disentis, a mountain village in Graubünden, two minutes' walk from the station and the abbey.
Most of the homes have private parking on the property. The exact arrangement is listed on each home's page.
